What kind of projects can you do?

Wanting to participate in the Day of Service, but not sure how to get started? It's easy to find service projects that need doing and many of them can be done in a few hours. Here's some places you can look:

The Cache Valley Volunteer Center has a list of available volunteer opportunities at agencies around the valley.

You can also contact any of Cache Valley's non-profit agencies directly. For a list of places you can call, click here.

Finding volunteer opportunities can also be as easy as looking in your own backyard. Check with your neighbors or members of your church congregation to see if anyone needs help with yard work, home improvement or construction projects, cleaning or other types of simple projects.

If you get a group together, you could probably help a whole block in one day!
